I have my 3rd Skoda - this time it is Octavia vRS FL - 2.0 TDI.
I have an idea of making a full change of the sound in the car. Unfortunatelly i have a problem with fitting the high tone speaker. I have Hertz HSK 163 component system, and the high tone speaker is 25mm Hertz HT25. I removed the old tweeter, and saw that the hole for fitting is smaller. After one hour of carefull working - i made the hole enough big to fit the new speaker. Here is my ptoblem. The Hertz HT25 tweeter is a little bit deeper in front - and the decorative cover in front of the speaker - but the speaker is making it impossible. It is about 5 mm out - and does not allow to fit the decorative grid cover. I think of cutting a hole in the cover - and to put the speaker through the hole - this will allow to see the beautiful Hertz emblem and cover - but am afraid because i dont know how it looks like.

Does anyone have the same problem, and have found a solution? Please help me to solve this problem.
